I.ELIGIBLE PARTICIPATION:
1.1. Conditions for participating in the Lucky Wheel:
Customers coming to the Melbourne home show exhibition and visiting the booth of Natural Timber Stone (NTS), customers visiting the Natural Timber Stone showroom or customers visiting the website/facebook/instagram of Natural Timber Stone in 3 days 19, 20, and 21 April, 2024.
1.2. How to determine rewards:
- Participants fill in their information (including name, phone number, address and email) into Natural Timber Stone’s form.
- Any customer who participates in the drawing will receive a prize.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. General rules:
- Natural Timber Stone (NTS) has full authority to decide on gifts, awarding regulations and notification to customers about information related to the program.
- Natural Timber Stone (NTS) may change some of the application terms and conditions for this game from time to time to limit fraud and protect the rights of participants. If there are changes to the program, all information will be updated on the NTS Website.
3.2. Rewarding rules:
- Each customer can only receive a maximum of 01 prize during the game. The participants must ensure to follow the arrangement NTS during the rewarding process.
- Award location:
+ Natural Timber Stone’s booth at the Melbourne Home Show at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center, South Wharf

- How to award prizes: NTS will award prizes, which cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Award procedure:
Customers receiving prizes must present email notification of prize results.
3.3. Other rule:
- In any case of acceptance dispute (if any), the final decision of the NTS is final.
- If approved by participants, NTS will use participants’ images for advertising purposes.
- By participating in this promotion, the customer automatically accepts all Promotion Terms and Conditions listed above.
