Natural hardwood
Made with natural hardwood, our dining tables bring the uniqueness and characteristics that tell the story of the trees from which they came.
Our timber slabs have been air dried for years and will be guaranteed to meet all Australian standards for moisture control of 10 % – 12% percent to make sure won’t move, shrink or twist.
Whole piece of solid timber from Samanea wood sourced from South East Asia, famous for its beautiful golden color grains. The sapwood (outer side timber) is commonly seen a lot lighter color which gives it a very unique and contrast look.
Live edge
Unlike other man-made products, all our pieces of timber are one-on-earth with unique shapes and natural live edges. The original shapes of the timber pieces are preserved as much as possible to give the natural feeling to each product.
Note: every piece is unique looking as natural live edge timber used. there are sometimes minor cracks, burrs etc. Same as characters of all-natural timber products. Minor imperfection and rustic appearance are part of the charm.
Ready to use
Barks are smoothly sanded; wormholes are filled with resin.
Tabletops with their fully sealed construction are wear and impact resistant
Natural oils are all used when treating and finishing the products which enhance the spectacular grain of each timber piece. There are three types of finishing for customers to choose:
• Matt finish – a dull finish is perfect for those who prize the look of natural wood
• Semi-gloss finish – a low sheen finish that reflects light well and stands up to washing and the demands of increased use. The greater concentration of resins in a semi-gloss formula make this paint more durable
• Glossy finish – Glossy coatings are shiny and reflect most light in the specular (mirror-like) direction
Metal legs and wooden legs
Legs are made of steel, coated with black color
Customers are free to choose between our 4 types of metal legs:
• T-legs
• U-legs
• V-legs
• X-legs
Besides, wooden legs can be used when customers want to customize their own styles. 700mm of standard height plus the thickness of the table tops will give the total height of the table. Assembled by our experienced technicians, the legs are secured for all usage and bring a classic and elegant look to the tables.
Placement
Our tables can be used for interior furniture or alfresco or under shelters. In caring for your tables, you will need to consider the placement of your tables to avoid exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations including prolonged heat/cold, direct sunlight or humidity which will have the potential to cause damages.
Care instructions
Always use coasters or placemats to protect the table surface; remove any liquid spills immediately using a clean cloth or kitchen roll sheet & green friendly detergent

The delivery team at NTS have experienced delivery professionals that do more than deliver. They will unwrap, assemble and place your new furniture in the room and assist you in seeking its best position at a small fee. Now that is better than self-assembly.

DELIVERY TIMES
Local deliveries (Hoppers Crossing area) are attended by our own delivery team. We will try our hardest to work with you to establish the best time to deliver. Our sales staff will contact you prior to your delivery to check that you are available and confirm delivery addresses and contact details with you. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday on set delivery days exclusive to the area – typically between 10:30 am and 4 pm. Although we cannot allocate an exact delivery time slot, we can make a courtesy call to you prior to arrival (please request this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phone call)
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that we confirm a suitable delivery time and day, If the purchaser does not accept delivery of the goods at the time and in the manner agreed, the purchaser will be liable to us for all loss and expense incurred that is caused by such non-acceptance. This will include a new delivery fee for any subsequent delivery costs to re-deliver the goods.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Delivery period of the Goods quoted by NTS is an approximation only based on manufacturing and logistics lead time. Delivery can occur before or after the approximate delivery period. NTS will make all reasonable efforts to deliver goods in the period agreed at the time of sale.
Standard delivery and installation charges are for Monday to Friday between 10:30 and 4 pm. Please note: We do not profit from delivery charges and charges are quoted to reflect the nature of delivery and installation costs to us.
After hours and Saturday, Sunday deliveries cannot be arranged.
PICK UP IN STORE
Pick up in store option saves you delivery and assembly charges. After placing your order and once you have been notified that your order is ready to pick up, you are most welcome to pick up your item(s) during business hours from our store. When you arrive at our store, please stop by the reception desk for assistance.
DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY COSTS
Delivery and assembly service is available at an additional cost. Delivery Costs vary depending on building access eg: lift access or stairs and the number of items being delivered or the distance to the delivery address. If you would like us to arrange for your furniture to be assembled for you by one of our trained staff, when placing your order please talk to our sales staff regarding our rates.
OTHER FURNITURE
We do not move other furniture while delivering and under no circumstance, move or relocate your computers, printers or fax machines nor can we assemble any office furniture that requires a tradesperson such as an electrician to install or remove any current electrical wiring etc.
