12 Months — Manufacturing Defect Coverage
Natural Timber Stone guarantees repair of any table with verified manufacturing defects within 12 months from the purchase date, provided the defect doesn’t result from normal wear or natural material characteristics.
🌳 Natural Timber — Not a Defect
Timber grain, scars, nail marks and natural imperfections are celebrated features of solid Samanea Saman wood — not defects. Putty or epoxy fills smoothing natural holes are part of the finish. Variation in colour, grain, shape and edge appearance between pieces is expected; colour or grain matching cannot be guaranteed.
What’s Covered
- Structural joinery faults not caused by use
- Finishing defects (peeling, bubbling) not from improper cleaning
- Epoxy resin delamination from the timber slab
Furniture must receive care per the provided instructions. Original purchase receipt required for claims.
What’s Not Covered
- Unreasonable wear from normal use
- Damage from warned-against polishes or chemicals
- Excessive temperature or direct sunlight exposure
- Natural timber movement from humidity / climate changes
- Items altered, modified, damaged or misused post-delivery

Manufacturing Defects Covered
- Frame cracks from structural / joinery faults
- Unusual warping from environmental factors
- Abnormal finish peeling (paint, oil, PU coating)
- Woodworm or pest infestation during warranty
- Loose legs or instability from manufacturing defects
What’s Not Covered
- Impact, dragging, dropping or improper-use damage
- Warping or mould from sunlight, rain, excessive humidity
- Unauthorised disassembly or modifications
- Damage exceeding the 120 kg weight limit
- Normal wear, scratches, fading, improper-cleaning damage
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Defect
Take clear photos or video showing the manufacturing defect.
NTS Inspects & Confirms
We review your submission and confirm whether it is a manufacturing defect.
Resolution
On-site repair, warehouse service collection, or replacement if unrepairable.
Processing time: 5–10 business days
🤎 Care Tips
Keep furniture away from heat sources and sudden temperature changes. Wipe with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Don’t stand on the seat or apply concentrated force.
