Handled end-to-end by the NTS team. We deliver, unpack and assemble — you just enjoy your new piece.

What You Need to Know
Access Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth delivery, please let us know in advance if your property has:
- Stairs, steps or narrow passages
- Limited or difficult vehicle access
- Any obstacles that may affect the delivery process
For large and heavy tables, some assistance from your side may be required at the door.
Our Delivery Service
Our experienced NTS delivery team does more than just drop off your furniture:
- Full unpacking and removal of all packaging
- On-site assembly of your furniture
- Placement in your preferred room or position
- Courtesy call prior to arrival (available on request)
Delivery Cost Factors
Delivery fees are calculated based on:
- Distance (km) from our Ravenhall showroom / warehouse
- Item size and weight — large solid timber tables may require extra handling
- Access conditions at the delivery address

Measure Before You Order
Before placing your order, we recommend:
- Measure the table dimensions against your available space
- Check doorway widths, hallways and tight corners on the path to placement
- Note any stairs or steps between the entrance and your room
- Visit our Ravenhall showroom to see pieces in person before deciding
⚠️ Non-Acceptance of Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, a new delivery fee will apply for re-delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time and that access is clear for our team.

Please inspect your item on delivery and note any concerns before the team leaves. Contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
