- For deeper cleaning, use a faux leather cleaning and maintenance kit designed for PU leather or clean with warm water and a non-abrasive cloth.
- Prevent Exposure to Direct Sunlight: Long-term exposure to the sun can fade and crack PU leather.

- Warranty Period
- 12 months for the chair frame, seat, and wooden components.
- 6 months for accessories (screws, rubber pads, anti-slip feet, if any).
- Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Cracks or breaks in the chair frame due to structural or joinery faults.
- Unusual warping not caused by environmental factors.
- Defects in finishing (paint, oil, PU coating) peeling abnormally.
- Woodworm or pest infestation during the warranty period.
- Loose legs or instability due to manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impacts, dragging, dropping, or improper use.
- Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or unusually high humidity causing warping or mold.
- Unauthorized disassembly or structural modifications.
- Damage from exceeding the recommended weight limit (over 120 kgs)
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
- Warranty Process
- Customer provides photos or videos showing the defect.
- NTS inspects and confirms manufacturing defects.
- Based on the issue, NTS may:
- Repair on-site, or
- Collect the chair to our warehouse for service, or
- Replace the chair if the defect cannot be repaired.
Processing time: 5–10 working days.
- Care Recommendations for Longevity
- Avoid placing chairs near heat sources or in areas with sudden temperature changes.
- Clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Do not stand on the seat or apply excessive force to one point.
Delivery & Pickup Information – Natural Timber Stone
Delivery SchedulingPlease notify us at least one week in advance of your preferred delivery date. This allows us enough time to prepare your items and organise the delivery schedule.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm. Weekend delivery is not available.
Delivery Cost
Delivery fees vary depending on:
- Distance (km) from our showroom/warehouse
- Item size and weight (large solid wood tables may require extra handling)
- Access conditions at the delivery address
To ensure a safe and smooth delivery, please inform us if your property has:
- Stairs, steps or narrow passages
- Limited or difficult access
- Any obstacles that may affect the delivery process
Delivery Service
Our experienced NTS delivery team can provide:
- Unpacking
- Assembly
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, a new delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.

You are welcome to pick up your order during business hours once it is ready. This option helps you save on delivery and assembly costs.
