- Warranty Period
- 12 months for the chair frame, seat, and wooden components.
- 6 months for accessories (screws, rubber pads, anti-slip feet, if any).
- Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Cracks or breaks in the chair frame due to structural or joinery faults.
- Unusual warping not caused by environmental factors.
- Defects in finishing (paint, oil, PU coating) peeling abnormally.
- Woodworm or pest infestation during the warranty period.
- Loose legs or instability due to manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impacts, dragging, dropping, or improper use.
- Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or unusually high humidity causing warping or mold.
- Unauthorized disassembly or structural modifications.
- Damage from exceeding the recommended weight limit (over 120 kgs)
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper cleaning.
- Warranty Process
- Customer provides photos or videos showing the defect.
- NTS inspects and confirms manufacturing defects.
- Based on the issue, NTS may:
- Repair on-site, or
- Collect the chair to our warehouse for service, or
- Replace the chair if the defect cannot be repaired.
Processing time: 5–10 working days.
- Care Recommendations for Longevity
- Avoid placing chairs near heat sources or in areas with sudden temperature changes.
- Clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
- Do not stand on the seat or apply excessive force to one point.
