Natural Timber Stone – Chair Warranty

1. Warranty Period

• 12 months for the chair frame, seat, and wooden components.
• 6 months for accessories (screws, rubber pads, anti-slip feet, if any).

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Cracks or breaks in the chair frame due to structural or joinery faults.
• Unusual warping not caused by environmental factors.
• Defects in finishing (paint, oil, PU coating) peeling abnormally.
• Woodworm or pest infestation during the warranty period.
• Loose legs or instability due to manufacturing defects.

3. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by impacts, dragging, dropping, or improper use.
• Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or unusually high humidity causing warping or mold.
• Unauthorized disassembly or structural modifications.
• Damage from exceeding the recommended weight limit (over 120 kgs)
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper cleaning.

4. Warranty Process

1. Customer provides photos or videos showing the defect.
2. NTS inspects and confirms manufacturing defects.
3. Based on the issue, NTS may:
   • Repair on-site, or
   • Collect the chair to our warehouse for service, or
   • Replace the chair if the defect cannot be repaired.
     Processing time: 5–10 working days.

5. Care Recommendations for Longevity

• Avoid placing chairs near heat sources or in areas with sudden temperature changes.
• Clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
• Do not stand on the seat or apply excessive force to one point.
