Delivery Scheduling
Please notify us at least one week in advance of your preferred delivery date. This allows us enough time to prepare your items and organise the delivery schedule.

Delivery Days
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm. Weekend delivery is not available.

Delivery Cost
Delivery fees vary depending on:

Distance (km) from our showroom/warehouse
Item size and weight (large solid wood tables may require extra handling)
Access conditions at the delivery address

Access Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth delivery, please inform us if your property has:

Stairs, steps or narrow passages

Any obstacles that may affect the delivery process
