🚚 Free Delivery:

Free delivery within metropolitan Melbourne (no express or on-demand delivery). Delivery will be scheduled from 2 weeks after the purchase date based on team availability.

For areas outside Melbourne CBD, a delivery fee applies and will be quoted by a third-party freight provider depending on distance.

Free storage available for up to 6 months. After that, a storage fee of $49/week applies.

πŸ’° Payment Terms:

For long-term storage: 50% deposit required; full payment due within 3 months.

For delivery/pickup within 6 weeks: 30% deposit required; full payment due before dispatch.

❌ Cancellations & Returns:

  • Cancel within 24h: Full refund.
  • After 24h: 10% cancellation fee applies based on the total order value.
  • No returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items.

All fully paid & stored orders are final. Due to the unique nature of each item, no changes, refunds, or replacements can be made.
